Kate Hood of KHI Photography and Design merges the art of portrait photography, design and new media. In combining these fields she captures the essence of her subjects in their most honest forms. It’s been just about a year since the incorporation of her business, Kate Hood Inc., yet Kate seems to have finally found her “passion and love for creative work”.
“I’ve so enjoyed creating beautiful imagery for clients, one of my greatest motivators and satisfactions has been collaborating with people from my community in creating a final product that really reflects the essence of their relationships “.
Although Kate Hood’s main purpose is to take great pictures of people (from Weddings to Boudoir, she even has a new home studio available for shoots), she will occasionally find herself shooting musicians, yogis, and products in support of small business owners and their personal marketing ventures.
“Through KHI Photography and Design, I’ve had the opportunity to work with all sorts of people…often I’ll collaborate with small business owners to create promotional & branding material. Combining strong images, spirited messages, and some insightful online media – you’d be surprised what can be accomplished.”
